Rebecca Bailey

Rebecca joined Aro through an apprenticeship scheme in 2013 completing an NVQ in Business and Administration. With over 10 years within the Aro team, as Deputy Compliance Manager, Rebecca has been instrumental in the implementation and management of compliance across all areas of the business. Rebecca enjoys travel, photography, baking and theatre.
